- We discuss and approve a scenario for the event and all of the preproduction activities.

PreProduction
- We prepare the visuals for the online streaming and customize the virtual studio if needed.
- We provide all the links for the speakers to test out the connection. We do the tests in accordance to existing agreements and in advance.

Online Streaming
- We produce the Virtex.Space online streaming, broadcasting video feeds through CDN to the HTML video player. Code of the player is provided to the customer in advance and is placed wherever needed.

PostProduction
- We hand over the recording of the streaming in HD.
- We provide highlights of Virtex Event free of charge (bonus for all packages).
